Application accepted. They will call you if you need to clarify information or write to Viber or Telegram. If you have any questions about the order, you will be called on the day of delivery.
Can I pay online? Yes, an online invoice will be sent to you in a convenient way for payment (LiqPay, PrivatBank), IBAN, or other payment methods.
What type and size of bottle? - The water delivery bottle is made of polycarbonate and has a capacity of 18.9 liters (actual water volume is slightly more, approximately 19.5 liters).
What does the price cover: delivery or water?
When selecting a district, the delivery price for a bottle includes the cost of drinking water – everything together.
In the Metallurgical District, delivery for 1 bottle costs 90 UAH. If you order 2 or more, the cost is 80 UAH per bottle.
For example, when ordering 2 bottles, you pay 140 UAH or 160 UAH (depending on the district), 70 UAH or 80 UAH per bottle, respectively.
When will I receive a call?
If additional information, a date needs to be clarified, or you mention "Online Payment" in the comments, you will be contacted as soon as possible during business hours (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) or messaged via Viber or Telegram.
If there are no issues with the order, you will be called on the delivery day.
